SPCL Global Hub

ONE HUB. EVERY OPERATION.

Hub Contacts Privacy

SPCL Global operates SPCL Hub Contacts for customer service and order administration.

With the Google account holder’s authorization, the integration reads contact names, telephone numbers, email addresses and technical contact identifiers used to match and synchronize records. It stores customer contact details in the Hub and can create or update contacts in the connected Google account. Ambiguous matches are held for administrator review.

SPCL uses this information to recognize existing customers, reduce repeated data entry and support order communications. Google contact data must not be sold, used for advertising or used to train general-purpose AI models.

Customer records are accessible to authorized SPCL staff according to their assigned permissions. Data is processed through SPCL’s website hosting and Google Contacts; authorized backups may also contain Hub customer records. The Google connection uses authorization tokens rather than storing the account holder’s Google password.

Administrators may stop synchronization or revoke the application’s access through the connected Google Account. Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete records already stored in the Hub or Google Contacts. Deleting a Google contact does not automatically delete its Hub record. Retention and deletion of business records and backups are managed by SPCL; no automatic customer-contact expiry is promised by this integration.

For questions about access, correction or deletion of contact data, contact info@spclglobal.com. SPCL reviews requests in light of its business-record obligations.
